Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and the yellow security tie intact. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a standard return.

Preference returns are shipped back at the customer's cost. If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can provide the next step. Exchanges should be requested within 10 days of delivery and depend on availability.

Final-sale items, worn or altered items, and items returned without the required security tag are not eligible for return. Any optional shipping-protection service is governed by its own terms.

This opening store sells ready-to-ship statement jackets only; made-to-order terms are not included in this policy.
